Automated lawn mowing for medium-sized areas

The STIHL iMOW® 5 EVO robotic lawn mower with its high-performance lithium-ion battery mows the lawn around the house completely automatically. The three freely swinging blades and the high blade speed ensure a clean cut.

The STIHL iMOW® 5 EVO robotic lawn mower uses mulching technology, so it cuts the grass, shreds it, and fertilizes in one step. The machine is suitable for cutting grass areas up to 1500 m² and can work effortlessly on slopes of up to 45%. Additionally, with the Upgrade Kit, it can handle slopes of up to 55%. The machine avoids obstacles using ultrasonic sensors and controlled speed.
The operation of the machine is simple, with a few buttons and the controller’s text-to-speech function. The current status of the machine is displayed on the LED strips on the back and the LED matrix display on top of the machine. The robotic lawn mower can be controlled via the MY iMOW® app using Bluetooth®, WLAN, or mobile data connection. In case of theft, the current location of the machine can be determined using the mobile data connection. The app allows you to adjust the cutting height, mowing plan, and the sensitivity of the rain sensor. If needed, the robotic lawn mower can also be started manually. After mowing, the machine automatically recharges itself at the docking station.
