The STIHL HLA 86 telescopic hedge trimmer is designed for convenient trimming of both low and high vegetation. Recommended for professional users, this tool is equipped with a quiet, brushless EC motor, making it suitable for noise-sensitive areas.

The telescopic shaft ensures safe operation up to a height of approximately 3.5–4 meters. It is perfectly adjustable for both vertical and overhead cutting, making it ideal for tall and wide hedges. When folded, the transport length is 180 cm, with an extendable total length of 260–330 cm. The height adjustment is quick and easy with the mechanical quick-release mechanism.

The hedge trimmer blades can be adjusted between -45° and 70° and folded entirely for transport.

The STIHL AP system tools are certified with an IPX4 water-resistance rating, ensuring protection against splashes.
