The STIHL TS 480i gasoline-powered cut-off machine is recommended for professional use in high-rise construction, deep excavation, and road building. The STIHL 2-MIX engine delivers smooth operation and high torque thanks to its electronically controlled injection system. The STIHL ElastoStart and decompression valve enable smooth and jerk-free starting. The anti-vibration system and ergonomic handle ensure fatigue-free operation.

The water connection and electronic water control facilitate precise water flow for wet cutting tasks. The long-life air filter system reduces the need for frequent cleaning. The semi-automatic belt tensioner extends the service life of the belt and bearings.

The machine is compatible with 300 mm diameter cutting wheels. For longer straight cuts, it can be mounted on the STIHL FW 20 guide cart.
